Equipment on a uçucu plant scale for is used for testing and experimenting with the process and product development of chocolates and compound coatings.
Chocolatiering is dedicated to helping you learn how to make chocolate at home. We cover everything you need to know to make homemade chocolate, with articles on chocolate-making and chocolatier techniques, chocolate machines, tools and ingredients. About Us
We deliver innovative machinery solutions for our customers through collaboration, direct access to our technical team, and willingness to adapt.
Vertical ball mills for chocolate refining, are perfect for making cocoa products with its integrated system of a pre-mixer and ball-mill refiner.
For normal operation, you’ll only need one worker to load product onto the grid and/or adjust the machine settings. We recommend having two workers available during changeover of the melt grid and removal of the stirrer.

Each system offers its own unique advantages and is available in capacities ranging from small scale artisan (or ‘uçman plant’) all the way to large industrial production systems.
We've created the perfect oversized coat. With drop sleeves, box cut with two side pockets this is the perfect coat to keep you warm.
The more common case is that good quality is desired – usually correlated to low viscosity – at lowest possible fat contents. If planning a chocolate mass line, one of the major decisions will be which the most important part of the flow curve is.
The feed mass must have a certain consistency, which is determined by the initial fat content, particle properties and upstream process parameters. Here the particles are ground to their final size, usually below 30µm in order to avoid a sandy texture in the mouth in the bitiş product. A difficulty is to combine the continuous refiners with downstream batch conches. Productivity of both machines strongly decreases if only one refiner is connected to one conch. Therefore usually a number of refiners are connected to a number of conches, which leads to relatively large Chocolate CONCHING MACHINE production lines of several tons per hour. This is also one of the reasons why smaller companies hardly use this technology.

Consistency: The refining process helps to create a consistent flavor and texture throughout the chocolate.
Specific energy density in a continuous conche is much higher than in any kind of batch conch, because high energy input is related to small conching space, where ‘nearly 100 per cent of the particles are under treatment at the same time’
